Who we are

The Site is published for Book Direct as an accommodation discovery and directory service. Operational services (including listing management for hosts) may be provided through our partner platform. Property listing and host onboarding for new listings is handled via StayVisible.

• Usage data: pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and similar analytics needed to run and improve the Site.
• Contact and enquiry data: if you submit a form (for example contact, newsletter or property enquiry), we collect the details you provide (such as name, email and message content) to respond and, where applicable, to pass your enquiry to the relevant property or team.
